一氧化氮在急诊医学的进展及应用

　　近年来，人们逐渐认识到一种由内皮细胞释放的血管活性物质可介导血管的

　　舒张反应，这种物质被称为内皮细胞衍生舒张因子(EDRF)。由于这种物质的半衰

　　期很短，体外不易检测,因而对它的确切构成一直不甚明了。1987年，Palmer和Mo

　　ncada等〔１,２〕分别证实EDRF与一氧化氮（NO）具有相同的属性，进而证明这

　　种血管内皮细胞衍生舒张因子就是NO。体内血管内皮细胞、血小板、中性粒细胞、

　　巨噬细胞、神经组织在一定刺激下均可产生NO,近年研究表明，NO参与广泛的生理

　　功能的调节，如血压调节、外周非肾上腺素能非胆碱能（NANC）神经递质的传递

　　、免疫介导及防御机制等，在急诊危重症患者的发病及治疗中具有重要意义。现

　　就有关NO在急诊医学领域的急危重症疾病的

　　研究和预防治疗提供新的思路。
