| 【摘要】 | 目的:综述近年来中药复方化学和药理研究方法的进展。方法:查阅近年来关于中药化学和中药药理研究方法的文献,进行归纳整理并分类汇总。结果:回顾文献并结合作者实验室最近研究工作,提出了对中药复方研究方法的一些思考:加强中药药理指导下化学研究;建立中药复方化学分析和代谢物组学研究方法;建立药效物质评价指标体系和加强有效成分研究等。结论:多学科协作、新方法的涌现会对复方研究带来发展。 |
